Infobau Project Leads
Our field operators gather information about the construction sites using as a starting point building permits but also, they visit the construction sites and discuss with persons involved. The next step of processing the information is to done by our office operators: they speak on the phone with the owner, developer or the contractor and also do some internet research. As a result, we publish monthly 7 Bulletines, one for every area, every one of them containing 60-85 new project leads.

The information is provided to our subscribers on online pages dedicated to each area, based on a user and a password, as .xl document sent to the subsriber email adress, and in printed form, sent with postal services to the subscriber’s office.
Offer Request
Infobau operators visit the construction sites in different stages of execution and collect offer requests for construction materials and services. Our colleagues at the office maintain permanent contact with construction companies and architects from whom we are informed about their construction materials/services needs. All the information is centralized and transmitted daily, by mail, in the form of an Excel document type to the subscribers.
Construction Bids
Each day we collect information about the bids that are going to take place, we filter them in order to choose only the one which are dealing with construction sector: materials and services acquisitions, bids on construction projects, bid’s winners. The organizers of the bids are from private and public institutions, local and central administrations. Information is structured and delivered every day via email as an Excel document, so that subscribers of this service can prepare and submit the necessary documentation on time or, if the winner of the bid is already known, they can contact and offer as supplier or subcontractor.
Direct Marketing Campaigns on construction sites
Advertising materials, catalogs, brochures, flyers, promotions or special offers (printed materials): if you have at least one of the above, wouldn’t be perfect for these to be hand over to person directly involved on a construction project? This person could be: the beneficiary of the building, the developer or the contractor. Each printed material represents a potential client for you to whom you may offer! Moreover, if we receive an offer request in your behalf, our operators will send you the request the same day via email. The campaign will take approximately 75 days in which we can distribute your printed materials on 2500 construction sites across the country. During this period you will receive three reports containing the list of contacts generated by the campaign (two intermediate and one final report).
As far as we know, there is no one else providing such a service in Romania.
Mailing campaigns
In more than 6 years of monitoring construction sites we set up a database, which by nature of our business we keep it updated with contact details of architects, builders, designers, developers and suppliers of various construction (email addresses, postal addresses, contact persons, phone numbers)These databases can be used to send for you advertising materials /trade information to the above mentioned categories. The good thing is that you can select them geographically or by their specific activity. And best part is that you will receive from us a report with the recipients. We guarantee a maximum return fail of 3% that we will replace on our expense!
